hiroshi yoshimura discography 1982-2005 ・*:.。. .。.:*・゜

I've noticed a blossoming of love for Hiroshi in the past couple of years, and it's such a nice thing to see - the more people that hear his tunes, the better this world becomes, I think. There's just a deep human warmth in his music that's always hit me hard - sometimes it feels like it was made just for me. But it's not! This is music that should be shared with all who are looking for a kinder, greener world to step into and seek refuge in for a few hours. So for anyone that finds this post, here is my full collection of his music for you to download - all twelve of his albums. Rest easy, Yoshi. :,)

Music For Nine Post Cards [1982]
Pier & Loft [1983]
A・I・R (Air In Resort) [1984]
Soundscape 1: Surround [1986]
Green [1986]

  22. Thank you! Most is on youtube, but not all, and he's not on the streaming services and you can't buy most of the albums in the US either (the one that was recently reissued I did buy). So this is fantastic.

  39. Big thanks for this! I've been diving headlong into this era of Japanese ambient/New Wave recently. I try to snatch up any vinyl I can find, but i doubt most of Yoshimura's work will see a rerelease anytime soon.

I really recommend the recent Visible Cloaks/Satsuki Shibano/Yoshio Ojima collab, if you're looking for more stuff by prominent artists from that time.
